GIPSA Seeks Designation for Official Agencies in Multiple States, Requests Comments on Current Services

GIPSA is seeking individuals or organizations to provide official services in designated areas, with designations set to expire in May and June 1999, and is also soliciting comments on the services provided by currently designated agencies in Central Illinois, Plainview, Barton, and North Dakota.
