U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to Issue Final Conservation Plans for Two National Wildlife Refuges in the Southwest Region

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has prepared final comprehensive conservation plans and associated environmental assessments for the Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge in Roswell, New Mexico, and the San Andres National Wildlife Refuge in Las Cruces, New Mexico, in accordance with the National Wildlife Refuge System Improvement Act of 1997 and the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
