Bay-Delta Advisory Council to Discuss CALFED Program Framework and Governance

The Bay-Delta Advisory Council will meet to discuss and vote on the CALFED Program's Framework for a Draft Preferred Program Alternative, focusing on governance and public involvement in implementing and monitoring the program. The council will also address various ecosystem-related issues, including funding coordination and planning for the fiscal year 1999.
