The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking public comment on its information collection titled '(MA) Securities Exchange Act Disclosure Rules (12 CFR Part 11)' as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
