NMFS Announces Changes to Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Trip Limits and Closures

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has made changes to the trip limits in the Pacific Coast groundfish limited entry fishery and open access fishery, as well as closures of open access fisheries for certain rockfish species, in an effort to keep landings within the 1998 harvest guidelines and allocations.
