EPA Extends Tolerances for Maleic Hydrazide Residues in Food

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended time-limited tolerances for residues of the herbicide maleic hydrazide and its metabolites in various food products, including rice, milk, meat, and eggs, for an additional year, until September 30, 1999.
