HUD Publishes Delegation of Authority for Indian Programs

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has published a delegation of authority necessary for the administration of the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996 (NAHASDA), which was initially omitted in the October 2, 1998 edition of the Federal Register.
