USDA Proposes Termination of Marketing Order for Florida-Grown Celery

The US Department of Agriculture invites public comments on a proposed termination of a Federal marketing order regulating the handling of celery grown in Florida, as the industry has experienced a loss of market share and reduced the need for regulation.
