VA Proposes Changes to Medical Care Collection and Recovery Regulations

The US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is proposing to amend its medical regulations to allow for the collection of 'reasonable charges' for non-service connected disabilities, replacing the previous 'reasonable costs' authorization, which was changed by a recent statutory amendment.
