NASA Grants Prospective Patent License to Spectrum Technologies, Inc.

NASA is giving notice that Spectrum Technologies, Inc. has applied for an exclusive license to use its patent for a plant chlorophyll content meter, assigned to the US government. Written objections to this license should be sent to Kennedy Space Center.
