U.S. Establishes New Manatee Sanctuary in Florida to Protect Endangered Species

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has created a new West Indian manatee sanctuary in Citrus County, Florida, to safeguard the endangered species from harassment caused by waterborne activities during the winter months, effective from November 15 to March 31.
