Florida Requests Delegation of Accidental Release Prevention Requirements Under Clean Air Act

The State of Florida has submitted a proposal to the EPA to delegate the responsibility of implementing the Accidental Release Prevention Requirements under the Clean Air Act Section 112(r)(7) to the state, with the exception of propane-only sources. The proposal aims to streamline the process and avoid potential delays if no adverse comments are received by November 19, 1998.
