EPA Proposes Settlement Under CERCLA Section 122(h) for JIS Landfill Superfund Site

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a settlement under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 to resolve liabilities for past response costs at the JIS Landfill Superfund Site. The public is being informed of the proposed agreement and invited to comment.
