EPA Revises Format for Arkansas Air Quality Implementation Plans

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is updating the format for materials submitted by Arkansas that are incorporated by reference into the State Implementation Plans (SIPs), primarily affecting the 'Identification of plan' sections of 40 CFR 52.170, which will be available for public inspection at the EPA Region 6 office and the Office of the Federal Register.
