Notice of Availability of Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Ray Land Exchange/Plan Amendment

The Bureau of Land Management has released a draft environmental impact statement for a land exchange proposal between ASARCO Incorporated and the federal government, which would exchange 10,976 acres of federal lands for 7,304 acres of private lands in Arizona.
