To accommodate requests from the public, the Department of the Army has decided to extend the public comment period on the Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (DPEIS) for the Mission and Master Plan, Fort Bliss, Texas and New Mexico from October 5, 1998 to November 5, 1998.
