Board of Governors Bylaws

The Board of Governors of the United States Postal Service has approved an amendment to its bylaws. The amendment allows Governors attending special meetings of the Board conducted by conference telephone call to receive the statutory $300 compensation for a meeting day if the meeting lasts more than an hour.
