EPA Designates New Reference Method for PM 2.5 Air Quality Monitoring and Receives New Applications

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has officially designated a new standard for measuring particulate matter (PM 2.5) in the air, and has also received three new requests to use this standard for air quality monitoring, as required by federal regulations.
