RUS Specification for Telecommunications Conduit

The Rural Utilities Service (RUS) proposes to amend its regulations on Telecommunications Standards and Specifications for Materials, Equipment, and Construction, by adding a new specification, RUS Specification for Telecommunications Conduit. The specification will provide the relevant engineering and technical requirements for conduit.
