SEC Approves CBOE Rule Change Allowing Floor Officials to Impose Fines

The US Securities and Exchange Commission has approved a proposed rule change by the Chicago Board Options Exchange, Inc. that grants floor officials the authority to impose fines on traders who violate trading rules.
