US Preliminarily Finds Chinese Helical Spring Lock Washers Sold Below Market Value
The US government has preliminarily determined that certain helical spring lock washers imported from China were sold at below-market prices between October 1996 and September 1997. Interested parties have the opportunity to comment on these findings.
