EPA Corrects Significant New Use Rules for 73 Chemical Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a correction to its 1998 document, which inadvertently failed to exempt a substance subject to significant new use rules from notification requirements. The EPA has now corrected this oversight to ensure the proper notification requirements are in place.
