North Korea Sanctions Regulations to be Amended by U.S. Treasury Department

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is updating the North Korea Sanctions Regulations to expand humanitarian exemptions and authorize new transactions, including the export of Commerce-approved items, agricultural commodities, medicine, and journalistic activities in North Korea.
