USDA and EPA to Host 11 Public Listening Sessions on Draft Unified National Strategy for Animal Feeding Operations

The USDA and EPA will conduct 11 public listening sessions to gather feedback on the draft Unified National Strategy for Animal Feeding Operations, a key action in the Clean Water Action Plan announced by President Clinton in February 1998.
