OFAC Publishes General Licenses for Russian Harmful Foreign Activities Sanctions Regulations

The US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has made available two general licenses, GLs 13H and 86, related to the Russian Harmful Foreign Activities Sanctions Regulations, previously published on their website.
