EPA Approves Minor Revision to Washington State's Clean Air Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a minor revision to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) for Washington, which includes a variance to a permit issued for three heat recovery incinerators at Fort Lewis, operated by the U.S. Army, following a request submitted by the Washington Department of Ecology (WDOE) on January 8, 1998.
