EPA to Delete Cedartown Municipal Landfill Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on its proposal to remove the Cedartown Municipal Landfill Superfund Site from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of all required cleanup actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA).
