EPA Approves Michigan's Delegation of Federal Air Toxic Program Under Clean Air Act of 1990

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve Michigan's request for a mechanism of delegation of the Federal air toxic program, as outlined in Section 112(l) of the Clean Air Act of 1990, without prior proposal, due to its noncontroversial nature and anticipation of no adverse comments.
