Miscellaneous Changes in Compensation Regulations

The Office of Personnel Management is issuing proposed regulations to correct or clarify various regulatory provisions dealing with the compensation of Federal employees. Many of the proposed changes were prompted by questions and comments from users of the regulations. The proposed regulations are intended to assist agencies in administering compensation programs and to provide clearer information to employees covered by those programs.
