DoD Freedom of Information Act Program Regulation

This final rule conforms to the requirements of the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996. This revision reflects substantial and administrative changes since May 1997, as a result of DoD reorganization. This revision also provides guidance to DoD on implementation of the amends law.
