Pesticide Registration Reinvention Measures

EPA has issued updated policies and procedures concerning certain types of registration amendments. This document is available in a Pesticide Registration (PR) Notice entitled ``Notifications, Non- notifications, and Minor Formulation Amendments'' which is available upon request. EPA proposed this policy for 30 days of public comment on October 1, 1997 (62 FR 51467) (FRL-5742-1). Interested parties may request a copy of the Agency's final policy as set forth in the ADDRESSES unit of this notice.
