Amendments to Opiate Threshold Levels

This final rule makes conforming changes to the Department's drug testing procedures to incorporate changes made by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) in the threshold levels of opiates. It is essential for the Department's drug testing procedures to remain consistent with the DHHS Guidelines, as Congress provided in the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991.
