EPA Establishes Emergency Pesticide Tolerances for Rice

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an emergency exemption for the use of carfentrazone-ethyl on rice, resulting in the establishment of time-limited tolerances for combined residues of the pesticide and its metabolite on rice, grain, and straw.
