EPA Issues Proposed Guidance for Revised Ozone and PM National Ambient Air Quality Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released a proposed guidance document for public review and comment on implementing the revised 8-hour ozone and particulate matter (PM) national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) under the Clean Air Act, as mandated by President Clinton's July 1997 memorandum to EPA Administrator Browner.
