Export Trade Certificate of Review

The Department of Commerce has issued an amendment to the Export Trade Certificate of Review granted to U.S. Shippers Association (``USSA'') on June 3, 1986. Notice of issuance of the original Certificate was published in the Federal Register on June 9, 1986 (51 FR 20873).
