GIPSA Corrects Federal Register Notice on Pilot Programs

GIPSA is correcting a 1998 Federal Register Notice by adding a reference to an earlier Notice that reduced the duration for grain facilities to qualify for the Open Season pilot program, from 6 months to 3 months.
