Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Amended to Increase Threshold for Notifying Congress on Architect-Engineer Services and Construction Design Contracts

The Director of Defense Procurement has issued a final rule to increase the threshold for notifying Congress on contracts for architect-engineer services and construction design from $300,000 to $500,000, as mandated by Section 2801 of the Strom Thurmond National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1999.
