Medicare Program; Meeting of the Competitive Pricing Advisory Committee Scheduled for January 6, 1999

The Competitive Pricing Advisory Committee (CPAC) will hold a public meeting on January 6, 1999, as mandated by the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The committee, established by the Balanced Budget Act of 1997, provides recommendations to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services on the Medicare+Choice competitive pricing demonstration project.
