Federal Crop Insurance Corporation Amends General Administrative Regulations to Implement 1998 Research Act

The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) has amended its General Administrative Regulations to implement the statutory mandates of the 1998 Research Act, adding a new subpart X to provide procedures for responding to requests for final agency interpretations regarding the Federal Crop Insurance Act or its regulations.
