EPA Submits Information Collection Request for Clean Air Act Regulatory Development Program Review

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request for review and approval of an information collection activity related to the development of maximum achievable control technology standards under the Clean Air Act, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act.
