EPA Corrects and Clarifies NOx SIP Call Requirements for 22 States and Washington D.C.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is revising the requirements for 22 states and Washington D.C. to submit revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) documents to limit nitrogen oxide emissions, extending the deadline for emissions inventory revisions to February 22, 1999, and reopening the comment period for related rulemaking proposals.
