Expedited Relief for Service Inadequacies

The Surface Transportation Board (Board) is issuing final rules establishing procedures for obtaining temporary alternative rail service when there has been a substantial measurable deterioration or other demonstrated inadequacy in rail service provided by the incumbent carrier.
