Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comment Request

The Federal Emergency Management Agency, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on proposed extension of a currently approved information collections. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2)(A)), this notice seeks comments concerning the exemption of State owned buildings that have an adequate plan of self- insurance for its State from the insurance purchase requirements under the Flood Disaster Protection Act (The Act) of 1973.
