EPA Addresses Concerns in Final Environmental Impact Statements and Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has addressed concerns in three environmental impact statements and regulations, including the North Fork Salvage Timber Analysis Area, Emigrant Wilderness Management Direction, and Oakland Harbor Inner and Outer Deep Navigation Improvement Project, without requiring a formal review of the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) or sending a formal comment letter to the preparing agency.
