FAA Proposes Amendment to Baltimore Class E Airspace

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed an amendment to the Class E airspace at Baltimore, MD, to accommodate a new Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) based on the Global Positioning System (GPS) at Martin State Airport, requiring additional controlled airspace for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations.
