FAA Delegates Authority to Chief Counsel and Associate Chief Counsel/Director of Office of Dispute Resolution for Acquisition

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is notifying the public of specific authority delegations to the Chief Counsel and Associate Chief Counsel/Director of the Office of Dispute Resolution for Acquisition, effective for dispute resolution actions involving solicitations issued and contracts entered into after April 1, 1996.
