Airworthiness Directives; McDonnell Douglas Model MD-11 Series Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain McDonnell Douglas Model MD-11 series airplanes to address attachment failures and cracking of the No. 4 banjo fitting/pylon carry-through cap. The proposed AD aims to prevent reduced controllability of the airplane during flight and ground operations.
