FAA Proposes Rule to Enhance Safety at Grove City, PA Heliport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed a rule to amend Class E airspace at Grove City, PA, in response to the development of a new Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) at the United Community Hospital Heliport, which will improve safety for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at the heliport.
