FAA Sets Drug and Alcohol Testing Rates for Aviation Personnel

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has set the minimum percentage rates for drug and alcohol testing for aviation employees, which will remain at 25% for random drug testing and 10% for random alcohol testing, effective January 1, 1999, through December 31, 1999.
