Lockheed Model L-188A and L-188C Series Airplanes Airworthiness Directive Amendment

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued an airworthiness directive amendment requiring modifications to the Airplane Flight Manual for Lockheed Model L-188A and L-188C series airplanes to address icing conditions, following incidents involving tailplane stall due to ice on the horizontal stabilizer.
